Job Description

  • Consult with clients to formulate workflows and understand requirements directly.
  • Perform an evaluation of costs and prepare project budgets and quotes for clients.
  • Manage the project life cycle to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Calculate the number of necessary resources, such as vendors, tools, DTP, and others.
  • Monitor the project's progress and resolve issues.
  • Utilize databases, spreadsheets, and various tools to track localization projects.
  • Analyze risks and define needed actions.
  • Doing the required troubleshooting, identifying causes, and performing corrective or preventative action(s).
  • Supervise and review the performance of localization linguists.
  • Enforce the adherence to quality standards are met.
  • Monitor the financial records of projects to ensure the profit margin goals are met.
  • Prepare reports on your activities and present them to the direct supervisor.
  • Continually expand knowledge and education in localization.
  • Doing the required upselling phase to ensure mutual cooperation with our clients.
  • Raise any complaints or negative feedback to the direct supervisor to check the case and prepare the needed reply or action.
  • Finish all the paper work.
  • Achieving the quarterly targets.

Job Description

  • Replying to the client's emails within 15 minutes max.
  • Calculate the number of necessary resources, such as vendors, tools, DTP, and others.
  • Assigning the projects to the concerned parties within 2 hours of receiving the go ahead.
  • Monitor the project's progress and resolve issues.
  • Utilize databases, spreadsheets, and various tools to track localization projects.
  • Analyze risks and define needed actions.
  • Doing the required troubleshooting, identifying causes, and performing corrective or preventative action(s).
  • Supervise and review the performance of localization linguists.
  • Enforce the adherence to quality standards are met.
  • Monitor the financial records of projects to ensure the profit margin goals are met.
  • Prepare reports on your activities and present them to the direct supervisor.
  • Continually expand knowledge and education in localization trends and news, keeping up to date
  • through active participation in training opportunities.

  • Finish all the paper work (issuing POs and recording the tasks) in his/her sheet on a weekly basis (by Friday of each week and prepare the final sheet by the 25th of each month for the invoicing purpose).
  • Achieving the quarterly targets and adding new services or languages for the current clients.
  • Ability to create macros or other task automations.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a big plus (formulas, pivot tables, macros, lookup tables, etc.).
  • Active member of corporate management meetings, providing data and project information.
  • Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news, keeping up to date through active participation in training opportunities.
  • Ability to monitor, educate, and evaluate the project coordinator without affecting his or her projects.
  • Ability to work on his own (can handle VM tasks, simple DTP issues, or some LE tasks in the absence of other solutions).
  • Thinking outside the box and finding alternative solutions.

Job Description

  • Monitoring and maintaining internet networks
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
  • Handling hardware and software issues in the employees’ machines
  • Monitoring and managing the IT stock
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures
  • Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support
  • Dealing with the contracted IT supplier

Job Description

  • Ensure customer satisfaction of all the assigned accounts.
  • Monitor the account workflow in coordination with the PM.
  • Analyse the monthly production report.
  • Achieve the financial target via an upselling plan.
  • Analyse and evaluate the quality status on monthly basis. 
  • Deal with the client’s complains in coordination with project management.
  • Spot, analyse and evaluate any cases that affect the cooperation and coordinate the corrective actions with the PMO.
  • Handle the new services/languages pricing and quotations.
  • Put the initial promotions proposals.
  • Manage and close contract renewals and updates.
  • Establish and maintain reference contacts.
  • Suggest technical ideas to serve efficiency.
  • Issue customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Arrange and plan the clients meetings and negotiations. 
  • Issue all the needed reports to serve the main purpose of his/her role.
  • Engage internal teams and key partners as necessary to drive successful customer engagements.
  • Complete and fill all the data entry in the online sheets.
